Introduction

Welcome to IronCloud ONE. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our cloud hosting platform and services ("Services"). By registering for an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using IronCloud ONE services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IronCloud ONE.

Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Services and Usage

IronCloud ONE provides cloud hosting services including but not limited to:

• Web hosting and application deployment
• Domain registration and management
• Database hosting (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• SSL certificate management
• Email services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all content, data, and activities associated with your account.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Transmit, distribute, or store any material that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates intellectual property rights
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair our Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services or systems
• Use our Services for spam, phishing, or any fraudulent activity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Resell or redistribute our Services without prior written authorization

Payment and Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our Services in accordance with our pricing plans. All fees are quoted in euros (EUR) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis as selected during subscription. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

If payment is overdue, we may suspend or terminate your account and Services. You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination.

Refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy. Trial periods and promotional credits are non-refundable.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Services immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any prohibited activities.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to Services will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IRONCLOUD ONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by IronCloud ONE and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
